Advanced Drawing/Painting/$80 per 4 week session
class meets 1 time a week for 1-1/2 hours.
If you love art and crave longer than our usual 45 minute classes, then this is the class for you! In this one and a half hour class, students are given the opportunity to create a reference folder and choose their own subject matter for their projects. Drawing demos will be offered on occasion. Students will choose their preferred medium for each of their projects and will be given assistance from the instructor from the start of the project to the finished piece. In this class students continue to grow as an artist as they enhance drawing skills such as composition, proportion, placement and shading and continue using both wet and dry media.
11×14 watercolor pad (140lb); 11×14 drawing pad (70 lb), graphite pencils (6H,HB, 2B, 4B, 6B), eraser, pencil sharpener, pencil box (Don’t worry if you can’t find all the supplies, we’ll show you the supplies at the first class)
